Liquidation values of assets are produced on a sectoral basis - it is assumed that companies within a sector will incur similar write-down of assets in the event of default. Sectoral write-downs assume a senior unsecured liability and are based on historic analysis of 1,550 defaults. Recoveries assumptions can be made available to subscribers.
